Personal Mentoring – Intensive Session (1:1 with Florian Gersdorf)

Holistic guidance in every area of life (project contribution)

Experience your true power. No compromises. I invite you to a personal encounter that is more than a conversation. In this intensive 1:1 session I help you unfold your inner self and find your way back to your own strength.

My approach: knowledge from the East, clarity for the West. Thanks to the deep teaching of my masters from China in the arts of Qi Gong and many years of martial arts practice, I see people holistically. As a human energy practitioner (TCM principles) and an expert in physical and mental alignment, I know: real change does not happen in the head alone.

I don't "treat" you – I enable you to master your issues, blocks and destructive patterns yourself. We activate your self-regulation on every level: mental, physical and emotional.

The format: open end. This is not advice by the stopwatch. We take the time your process needs (usually 60 to 90 minutes via Zoom) until you leave the meeting with complete clarity and new energy.

What to expect:

• Individual strategy: we look at your unique challenges – in business or private life.
• Energetic balance: through impulse work we bring your system back into balance.
• Deep dive: I don't just motivate you, I help you break old patterns radically.

Who is this session for?

• Entrepreneurs & leaders looking for innovative solutions and wanting to keep their energy at a high-performance level.
• People in transition who need clarity for a new chapter of life.
• Visionaries who want to sharpen their awareness and experience real freedom.

Note: this amount is a project contribution to the association. You invest directly in maintaining our spaces and spreading this knowledge. You support the bigger picture – and transform yourself in the process.
