The foundation: energy, health & self-leadership

Your project can only grow as strong as you are stable. That is why we make sure you don't run out of breath along the way:

• Inner strength & centre: learn meditation techniques that keep you centred in stressful phases and activate hidden reserves.
• Physical balance: targeted Qi Gong and yoga exercises release tension (e.g. from long hours at the computer) and keep your energy flowing.
• Individual structure: no more rigid time-management systems that don't work. Together we build a routine, goals and order that fit your type – so productivity becomes easy instead of exhausting.

Putting it into practice: business mentoring & structure

We help you ground your vision and connect you with our network and experts to find the right form for your work:

Choosing a legal form: we support you in deciding on and setting up your own "vessel" – an association, a Swiss AG, a sole proprietorship or a company – and share our practical experience so you know what suits you.

Business organisation: we help you structure your documents and finances so you keep the overview, including valuable tips on bookkeeping preparation and an overview of investments that are typically relevant for your business.

Note: we prepare you thoroughly and share our practical knowledge. Final tax advice is provided by your tax adviser, whom you can support perfectly thanks to our groundwork.

Annual supporting membership included: your association contribution is already part of the package price. You are a full member of our community from day one.

Academy access: full access to our knowledge base, interviews and courses.

The rhythm for your success:

We meet online every week to keep your focus and clear obstacles:

4× a month "Community & Teaching": weekly group calls for knowledge transfer, exchange and shared energy.

1× a quarter "Deep Dive": a personal 1:1 call with one of our mentors to work on your individual topics, questions or blocks.

Add-on options (Do It For You):

Need hands-on help with execution? Graphic design, video editing, web design or advertising – as an association we offer professional services so you can focus on your content. (These services are individual and not included in the base price. Ask us about them in your first call!)

Our philosophy as an association:

We are "YOU ARE NEO". Our goal is support, not profit maximisation. The price allows us to fund this quality, the experts and the platform.

But: if you have a non-profit project, are a student or are currently in a difficult financial situation but feel the deep call to join – please get in touch! We will find a solution (e.g. instalments, a scholarship or a social rate). No one should be held back from their growth for financial reasons.
